We don’t settle for average or normal and we don’t want you to either. Remodeling Reimagined works the other way around. A designer already made the finishes work together — you pick the collection you like so you know exactly what the finished product will look like. The price is fixed in writing before demolition. And we don't schedule your project until every material for it is in our warehouse, so there are no surprise delays in construction.

New Home Construction
We build a limited number of homes each year across Spokane County and Kootenai County — mostly semi-custom, using our plans or yours.
The limit is deliberate. Our focus for building new homes isn’t to turn quantity at the cost of quality or longevity; we want to build homes that will stand the test of time. We take extra care in designing and building homes that will outperform the normal code-minimum home in terms of moisture management, thermal performance/efficiency, fire resilience, and occupant health and comfort.
For homeowners concerned about wildfire, we utilize our background in large scale commercial construction and meeting a far more stringent fire code there (see NFPA 285 - Flame Spread testing) to design our homes to far outperform typically built single family homes. We use a combination of noncombustible fiber cement siding, standing seam metal roofing, a blanket of mineral wool continuous insulation directly behind the siding and roofing, and intentional landscaping to provide you with an extremely fire resilient home.

While many builders cut corners for short-term profit, we use craftsmanship, modern building science, and durable materials to build homes that are healthier, more comfortable, and more resilient than typical builds — saving you money and headaches over the long term. The building code is a bare minimum for us, not a target to shoot for.
A transparent process. You’ll always know where your project stands, what it costs, and what’s coming next. No surprises. Our online client portal enables you to log in at any time on your phone, laptop, or tablet, to see the latest updates and view the most up-to-date schedule.
