Whether you choose to build semi-custom or custom, if you build with us, you’ll end up with a home that’s built to last for generations; a home designed to not just look good on day one, but designed to hold up to the wear and tear of everyday life, all while remaining beautiful, functional, healthy, energy efficient, and safe for generations to come.
Taking on a new home build can be scary, our goal is to make it as simple, low stress, and enjoyable for you as you can imagine.
Online Portal. Our new home build process includes access to our client portal, where you can login at your convenience online or through the Buildertrend app on your phone to find the latest progress photos, schedule updates, and any applicable change orders. We want you to be fully in the know for everything going on at your future home at all times.
Custom Homes — for those who want a truly one-of-a-kind home, we offer fully custom homes. We'll work together as a client / designer / builder team — helping with lot choice, architect/designer selection, and every decision along the way to bring your vision to life. Custom homes typically take take 4-12 months for design development just to get ready for permitting and another 7-12 months for construction from date of permit issuance.
Semi-Custom Homes — our most popular way to build. Start with an existing stock floor plan or bring your own and personalize it to your style — choosing finishes, fixtures, colors, and select layout changes from our menu of options — reducing design and build time, cost, and complexity compared to building a custom home, but giving you exponentially more options than buying a spec or production home. If we don’t have a plan you like, we’re happy to look at stock plans from other designers to get you one that fits your needs; then choose from our established finish packages to tailor the home to your desire. Most semi-custom homes are built in 5 months or less from permit issuance!
