South Hill Whole Home Custom RemodelWe overhauled the majority of this 1980s home to make it ready for its new owners before they moved in. Below are a few snapshots of what the project entailed.
Main Floor Bathroom - After. We removed the dated, cheap fiberglass shower surround and expanded the shower to maximize the use of the space, installing a beautiful emerald green picket tile with integrated niche, along with a new vanity, toilet, mirror, fan and lighting.
Main Floor Bathroom - Before. The original shower area was built out to accommodate a stock size shower, making an already small bathroom feel virtually unusable.
Kitchen - After. We preserved the existing cabinets, which just needed some minor touch ups and a coat of paint then added in new quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, sink, lighting, and appliances.
Kitchen - Before. The original kitchen had multiple issues including malfunctioning appliances, damaged cabinets in the island, and dated finishes.
Laundry Room - After. We completely changed the layout and functionality of the laundry room, with new semi-custom cabinets, quartz counters and tile backsplash. We relocated the washer and dryer to the opposite wall making significantly better use of the space and providing tons more storage.
Laundry Room - Before. The original laundry room had dated cabinets, damaged tile floors, and a layout that left a ton to be desired.
