We develop a coordinated plan and selections package, then provide a clear written proposal. If the project needs structural changes, wall moves, or extensive relocation of plumbing or electrical, we will explain the custom-remodel path instead.

3. Materials and scheduling

We order the exact materials for your project. Construction is not scheduled until the key materials are accounted for, which helps prevent the stop-and-start delays that make traditional remodels drag on.

4. Construction

Our team protects your home, completes the agreed scope, and keeps you informed throughout the work. Most qualifying Kitchen Renewals are targeted for about one week of active construction.
