Our Build Process
Land Acquisition
This is the first step of the build process. If you already own your ideal lot, excellent! If not, we can help guide you to a realtor who can help you find and acquire your dream land. We’ll also walk the site with you to help you determine the ideal build site and identify any potential hazards prior to breaking ground to help ensure the entire build process goes smoothly.
House Design
Your next step is to develop your plans set. If you already selected plans set, you’re ahead of the game, otherwise, we can get you in touch with some of the best designers and architects in our area who can help you transform your dream home into a buildable set of plans.
Design Review
In addition to obtaining the necessary permits, we’ll also submit and discuss your project with any design review committees if your home will be located in a community with a Homeowners Association.
Permitting
Heritage Homebuilders is well versed in working with the local building departments here in our area. We have great relationships with the local reviewers and inspectors in our area in addition to being up to date on the latest code changes to ensure your build goes smoothly.
Construction
Once all permitting and approvals are complete, we’ll be ready to begin construction. Our goal is to maintain transparency with you throughout the entire process while completing your project on time and within budget.
